Self-Defense Classes Protect Your Future
Self-Defense is one of the most vital aspects of our programs. By combining self-defense techniques from many different martial arts styles, we provide our students with a well-rounded foundation that they can build on at their own pace. All of our programs incorporate self-defense in every class.
When it comes to defending yourself, repetition is key. We’ll teach how to escape from the most common attacks and positions, then repeat them to build muscle memory. Endurance, awareness, and confidence are also crucial for safety, so we’ll emphasize them in every session.
Self-Defense training is included in every program at ATA Martial Arts. In addition, there are self-defense courses that are open to the public and require no previous martial arts training. For best results, private lessons are available and cater to your individualized training needs.
